So, most often people can't find a job in the following cases:
+
|}

1) The job seeker doesn't know how to market themselves properly.

At its core, the job seeker is a salesperson. He wants to sell his time and activities to the employer. It is only natural that some sell themselves correctly and others do not. The former have a much higher probability of successful employment.

To learn how to properly sell yourself, you need to understand the 2 main areas of this process:

Formalization of the resume. If you compose it illiterately or incorrectly, the employer, most likely, will not even pay attention to the applicant.

Interview. It is the most important stage of self sales. If you conduct yourself correctly at the interview, the chance that the employer will choose you from a large number of applicants increases significantly.

2) The applicant is looking for a perfect job, which simply does not exist

If an applicant really needs a job, he must realize that no employer can provide ideal conditions. What's more, today's job market works in favor of companies.

📉 The demand for workers is much lower than the supply. Naturally, employers are well aware of the situation. Therefore, they set the terms of business in their favor, not in favor of job seekers.

Experts believe that in the near future the situation is unlikely to change. So you have to agree to the proposed conditions. Otherwise, there is no point in counting on a better job.

3) The applicant succumbs to stereotypes and refuses to work imposed as a bad job

More often than not, this reason is relevant for those who think they can't find a job because the jobs simply don't exist. In fact, there are quite a few jobs that are always relevant. It's enough to buy any newspaper of the relevant subject.

Many people refuse to even take an interest in the work presented in such print media because of banal stereotypes.

More often than not, it can be one of three opinions:

Too little pay. Let's say that applicants rarely pay attention to low-skilled jobs. Meanwhile, the level of income here depends largely on the time spent. Often, it is possible to earn, with proper effort, on such jobs no less than in the office.

Such work is beneath my dignity. Often people with higher education fundamentally do not want to consider jobs with low qualifications. On the one hand, if you have other sources of income, you can look for other options. On the other hand, with a lack of livelihood and obligatory expenses, it hardly makes sense to be picky.

Jobs like these are always a scam. Many people think that absolutely all ads with vague job descriptions and offers of high income are a scam. Meanwhile, even among these jobs you can find a decent job. Therefore, before you finally reject an offer, it makes sense to ask about the conditions.

4) The wrong job search method

The job search method should be based on what kind of position the job seeker wishes to hold.

For example, large companies almost never publish ads in newspapers, and budgetary organizations do not post vacancies on popular websites.

If it's hard to figure out which method of search is worth using, it makes sense to combine all the possible options.

5) You think that you are too young and don`t want to try finding a job but [https://www.angelagiles.com/23-amazing-real-jobs-that-hire-14-and-15-year-old-teens/ here] is a lot of ideas of teens jobs, which you were looking for.

6) Job searches are not systematic and chaotic

In every business, including job hunting, a systematic approach is essential. It can yield much better results than randomly examining job openings. To find a job, it's worth making a plan of action and sticking to it strictly.

7) The job seeker has an outdated idea of earning an income

Many people think that a job is an employment relationship with an obligatory record in the labor book. However, for about 20 years, various alternative ways of earning money have been actively developing. At the same time they are often more promising than the traditional ones.
